Valentine's Day sees the Irish opening of '50 shades of Grey'. Can you just picture the marketing folks high fiving one another for being so creative? '50 shades' is the hotly anticipated film adaptation of the bestselling series of scribbles that has become a global phenomenon. Somehow.
But ignoring the idea that a plurality of the population seem completely ignorant to the vast swathes of such content happily given away for free all over the interwebs, we found ourselves curious. How will the consequences of this 'cultural event' play out over the coming days, weeks and years?
