But, seriously;

Once upon a time there were some folk who wanted to get student accommodation. Just the simple need of a roof over their heads as they studied.

... and that turned out to be a depressingly challenging and exhausting problem for them to solve.

Many many years later they felt the need to give back. So they made a website that they hoped would take a lot of the pain out of the annual gaff grabbing endeavour for the fine people in further education.

...but then 2017 happened!
