Large 5 bedroom house in a quiet mature leafy suburb. Easy access to DART, LUAS and bus routes -145 and 84 one minute’s walk from the house, 45A less than 5 minutes. The Twin room or (very large single room) is spacious and clean. The adjacent bathroom is almost exclusively for students' use. Large back garden. The room comes with fridge and cupboard to store food. We have a very friendly Golden Retriever and are a very chilled family. We’ve been accommodating students for the past 4 years and appreciate that students value their independence.
