Single room in welcoming family home offered to female tenants. Family is 2 people and pet cat. One other student also staying.

Our house is an extended semi-detached, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a second toilet downstairs. We welcome you as part of the family while you are with us. You will have use of the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, gardens etc. You may store a bicycle in the garage or park a car outside.

We are within walking distance of Coláiste Mhuire, DCU, St Patrick's and All Hallows.
We are three miles from the city centre, with a plentiful supply of buses, and 15-20 minutes’ walk from the train (Dart) station.
